Delivery Areas
We ship New Zealand-wide, including rural and remote addresses.
Shipping Rates

Order Processing
Orders are processed the same day or next business day. We dispatch Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched via Courierpost NZ, please allow:
- 1–3 business days for metro and urban areas
- Up to 5 business days for rural and remote addresses
Tracking Information
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your Courierpost tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery at courierpost.co.nz.
CPAP Machines & Medical Devices
Due to the nature of CPAP machines and medical equipment, a signature is required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, Courierpost will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection.
